Vichy Mineral 89 Skin Fortifying Daily Booster, 0.17 Fl Oz

Love this product it made my skin feel so nice without feeling too heavy on the skin.

It was a free sample and that’s a + in my book. It’s actually is a nice product, smells good, seems to help with fine lines. Downside: Product is thin, whitish, and slippery. Tactilely, a Big No from me. It feels terrible going on. In fact, it reminds me of something that I really am not into rubbing on my face. Took off stars for the resemblance to a fluid that doesn’t belong on my face regularly and because you can’t put anything (lotions, foundations...) over it. It Something About Mary collects on your face and CANNOT be rubbed in.

This serum is very light and hydrating,,,a little goes a long way, Highly recommend for brightening and using as first step before moisturizer,

I am becoming a big fan of Vichy products. It started with trying out the gift set and falling in love with their serum. When I ordered the serum once the sample ran out, I received this sample size of the Daily Skin Booster. Love it as well! And I’ve just now ordered a bottle of it. If more companies gave out free samples (although they call it free I paid $3.50 for it - still, worth it!), or even small trial size bottles for a small amount, as this really is—a very small trial size bottle—then they may find new fans of their products. If we are expected to shell out money, and sometimes quite a bit of money, on beauty and hair product, then why not give customers a bit to try first. I’d purchase reasonably-priced trial sizes just to see if I liked a product before I wasted my money on those I did not like. And if I love it, as I do the Vichy products, I order the full size. This skin booster made my skin feel amazing, just as the serum does, and their moisturizer (I’m about out of the trial size of moisturizer, too). My skin felt soft. And using the Vichy products, I am seeing a difference in my skin. It’s really difficult to tell what these, or any, products do at a cellular level, I just know if my skin loves a product and if I feel good using it and if there’s no irritation to my sensitive skin or slight rosacea, then I want to stick with that product and try others in the line—and with Vichy, all these are apparently true. Sometimes you just love a product, and when you do, you want to try more, and they become your go-to company. Loreal has always been my go-to company, but Vichy is calling my name more and more!

Given the smell of the other product that I purchased, I didn't even attempt to use it. So, to rate it would not be fair. Vichy, in order to return to my good graces, must use high quality ingredients, and especially high end, natural fragrances. Otherwise, I will cease buying all of their products. Bring back the OLD scents and packaging, and I will return as an active consumer!
