Please guys don’t even think of buying this one. Total wastage of money. I don’t know whether the company product is worthless or amazon is doing delivery of duplicate products, no idea. None of any supplements from amazon has produced even 1% of result.

It seems that products by Life Extension are just a league above the others. They just have a quality that seems outstanding. A product like this is hard to definitively critique because it's effectiveness is subtle. I really believe this works well and I would buy it again.

I wouldn't know the guy I bought it for is on opioids. These two combined did not work. ongoing use of opioids can cause sexual dysfunction. Long-term opioid use of substances like tramadol can cause lower levels of sex hormones like testosterone. These effects can lead to loss of libido and loss of sexual pleasure, as well as erectile dysfunction.

It's a waste of money, not helpful at all!

Great product, mainly for vascular health, but does amazingly in the bedroom.

So does this work? I do find that it helps to increase blood flow in the erectile tissue, but the effect is subtle and some days it doesn't seem to do much at all, while on other days it does. I find that it is helpful to take it before bed because the effect is more noticeable in the morning. If I take it during the day, I find that taking it with 500mg of L-Citrulline enhances the effect. This is expensive stuff, but I find that the results are slightly better than with Prelox (also by Life Extension), which is also 50% more expensive. I am on my 3rd bottle of the Male Vascular so until I find something better, I will continue to order it. What actually is this? This ingredient K. parviflora is also known as "Thai Black Ginger," native to Southeast Asia. It has been studied clinically in the West and reportedly works by increasing nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels and enables healthy blood flow. Per Life Extension's literature, it also reportedly encourages a healthy brain response to sexual stimuli and helps to inhibit an enzyme that can affect male sexual response. K. parviflora also does not have a significant affect on hormone levels, just on blood flow and sexual response. So if you are on any other kind of testosterone-supportive regimen, this can be taken safely in conjunction with that.
