Does this fit vesa mounts or not? ive read in the reviews it doesnt?

Hi and thank you for your query. The Invision Technology MX450 Ergonomic PC Monitor Arm is specifically designed to offer VESA mounting patterns of 75mm x 75mm and 100mm x 100mm. It is a Universal Bracket designed to work with the majority of on market Monitors. Some times you will come across a Monitor specifically designed with a square port for the mounting Arm - in this instance this creates a recess for which we will provide any necessary screws and spacers to bridge. This is usually where the Monitor Manufacturer wants to push towards their proprietary Arm.

Does it comes with the screws to attach it to the monitor ?

How wide can the clamp open?

Hi and thank you for query. The Invision Technology MX450 Ergonomic PC Monitor Arm is designed to deliver a Maximum Clamp Depth of 105mm. I suspect the previous answer has mistaken the Maximum Reach of the Arm which is actually 650mm.

Question 4

It looks like the screw holes on my screen are 200x200, do you have an alternate for this size? Also, can I mount this on a glass desk?

Thanks for your interest in our Invision MX450 monitor arm.  You will find various adapters on the market which would allow you to convert from a 75x75 or 100x100mm VESA to a 200x200mm, similar to ASIN B07771JFVP,  however, the total weight (screen + adapter) would still need to be less than the maximum advised weight of 12kg.  If the screen is larger than 35",  curved, deep or bottom heavy, you'll also likely find that a lot more leverage is placed onto the tilt bolt, and it will struggle to hold the desired angle.   We do have a re-design available and if you reach out to directly, with your order information and preferred address for delivery, we would be more than happy to supply a new VESA component as a courtesy.  
Glass tables can be problematic, as you are focusing a lot of weight onto one particular area.  You will find desk protectors available similar to ASIN B07NNVJHRY which spread the weight, plus also protect from scratches, however, we always suggest consulting with the desk manufacturer, to see if its something to be concerned about.
