There are some black impurities in the powder This impurities is concerning and makes me feel like the product contains Metal composition I tried to initiate a return but this It's not eligible for return. This product is misrepresented and dangerous.I cannot believe it had more than four stars. Don't buy this product if you value your health and safety.

I’ve bought four tubs of Gefen aluminium free baking powder. First tub was good and worked well. The other three ( £18 worth of baking powder!!! That didn’t work) absolutely useless!! No fizz at all. I spoke to Amazon, they gave me a refund for 1 tub so stupidly I bought a replacement thinking this must work…surely….nope…no fizz. Problem is by the time you open this to start using it the return period has passed and you lose your cash. Edit: I’ve left this review but have had no contact from the company at all. Poor service.

I just opened this to add to my cake ingredients and it was full of weevils, ugh! Not a pleasant site, not stored properly I imagine. Thank goodness I had a little left in my own tub. I won't re order as will probably be in the same condition.

Great product. Purchased for gluten free and organic properties. Great value and nice to use. No yucky added ingredients. I will order it again. Long shelf life as well.

Out local grocery stores don't carry an aluminum free baking powder, so I had to search online. This brand has been just the quality I wanted at a reasonable price. My baking works well with this product. It rises well and doesn't adversely affect the taste.

I got this to make gluten free breads and muffins. It works great and I use it in all my baking now gluten free or not

I’ve been making mom’s cornbread for years. When we moved near an Aldi I bought their baking powder and it ruined my cornbread with the most horrible bitter flavor and baking powder clumps throughout. My Nana was rolling in her grave when she heard I served that abomination to company. Fortunately I found this amazing product and my cornbread has been saved. My first, upgraded ingredients, pan of cornbread just came out of the oven, I immediately dug in, and it is amazing once again. Aluminum Free is a big bonus!

My most important "like" is the ingredients. I require gluten-free, aluminum- free, and corn-free. I bake a lot of quick-bread and this BP works excellently. My only complaint is the lumps. I periodically shake the can to bust up the lumps. Because of the lumps, when mixing the dry ingredients I have to break up the lumps as small as possible. This is not a deal-breaker, it just requires a little more effort while mixing. I plan to continue using this product.
