Fits good. Works good. I replaced as a preventive maintenance on a 2007 5.9 with 214,000 on it. It was blowing black smoke more than normal so I replace this and the PRV. It was actually the PRV that was causing the low line pressure where the fuel was not atomizing well. Even though the fuel rail pressure gauge said that it was at acceptable pressures. I'm going to keep the factory one as a spare in the truck. Hopefully this one works well. I will update if it goes out

DON'T BUY!!!! JUNK out of the box!!!
I bought this one to replace the failing factory FCA. My factory one is causing the truck to have poor idle at times and tries to stall randomly after cold start. I pulled my factory FCA that still works but is failing and out the new one on and it is bad right out of the box. It won't communicate with the ecm so it throws a high rail pressure. So I pulled the new one off and out the old one back on and the code is now gone and idles fine other then the same previous issues but it is drivable where with the new junk one it was not drivable. DO NOT BUY THIS!! spend the money and buy quality replacement!!

Mon truck avais un problème se deprime des que tu ferme la clé, lordi ma sortir sensor fca p0251 de memoir jai cager le capater apres avoir demander l'avis de mes amis qui on des cummins, un fois sensor changer 48 plus tard le sensor a fait defaut pendant que jallais au travaille au lundi matin
