Pure Olive Squalane Oil : 99581: Oil, (Carton) 2oz

Great for dry skin.

I use this for my fine lines/wrinkles and when applied a drop or two directly, they seem less deep and more moisturized for days. I use a plunger full into my body wash, shampoo, and sun skin care / spf. I have oily skin prone to breaking out and this works so well for me. After shaving, the oil soothes my skin and absorbs well. Great product, will buy again.

I like to use this oil after shaving as an alternative to lotion. It initially does make my legs a little slippery since it's an oil, but that doesn't bother me the way lotions do when they sit on your skin and feel greasy. If it bothers you, you could just use less of it. I find it to absorb well into my skin, especially right after a warm shower. So, I only really end up with extra on the surface if I've applied more than necessary. It gives my skin a nice shine/glow and it helps prevent or at least minimize the razor burn/rashes that sometimes show up after shaving. So, that suggests to me that it's working as a moisturizer. It also doesn't feel heavy, like it's clogging my pores, the way lotions tend to. I also like how it doesn't really have a scent. Ever since becoming pregnant, I've been much more sensitive to strong smells--even in my third trimester! I don't notice any smell with this oil.

Squalane oil is great. It is in most Elizabeth Arden Illuminating skin products and they are the greatest. I put Squalane in my hand cream and it is not greasy is sinks right into your skin. Great for nail cuticles. I like this other Squalane oil better than this one, it came in a plain bottle, don't know why just did.

My second order of this facial oil. I began using it in the winter of 2018 to relieve extensive dryness of neck and areas around the eyes and eyelids. I use many drops multiple times a day to control glaucoma and those drops are very irritating to the skin. Winter was taking its toll on my skin too so this oil was a godsend. Odorless, lightweight and effective. I haven't seen anything magical in terms of my aging skin but it is soft and glowing. I have very sensitive skin and this oil has been completely calming for my skin. No allergic or irritating reactions whatsoever.

I have been buying olive derived 100% Squalane for more than a year and use it copiously. When I saw this product I was very excited because it is primable. However, when it arrived I knew instantly that there was something wrong with it. The oil was thinner than it should be and not nearly as soothing. It was only then that I looked closely at the bottle and saw that, contrary to the product description on line, it in fact is not 100% Squalane. There is some vitamin E mixed in as a preservative. In my extensive experience with Squalane I have found that it is perfectly shelf stable all by itself. Do not buy this. Update: as of October 2013 the Timeless Skin Care Squalane (really and truly 100%) is now available for Amazon Prime shipping. Squalane is a miracle. You would never know that I have eczema because Squalane controls it. To the contrary, I often get compliments on my skin! Also, it prevents UV damage and gets rid of cellulite. Buy Squalane, just don't buy this one.

If you are on the fence about buying this, just stop right now and buy it. My skin and nails have never been in such good shape, and this stuff is the reason. I mix it with a little bit of rose hip oil and it absorbs into my skin quickly and completely. My eczema is mostly gone after a few months of daily use, but I could see a difference after only a few days. I felt a difference with my first use. My skin sighed with relief. I use it alone and mixed with lotions. Wish I had tried this years ago! Face Hands Body good for all! Even for dry hair.

This brand of squalene oil is so wonderful for the delicate under-eye tissue. It is also an ingredient in many high-price eye serums. Since I'm allergic to some preservatives, I decided to use squalene oil and not all the other filler ingredients included in products containing just a tiny it of it. A tiny bit on my face before applying foundation helps the foundation make-up glide smoothly ...and gives a healthy glow to my complexion. I really trust the Life-Flo brand, too. I love it!!!

OK but as with all skin oils I have tried that say - sinks into the skin easily- well I have yet to find one that does and I have tried lots-this one does not for me anyway.
