Does this kettle brew tea automatically?

No. The kettle heats water to precise temperatures. Tea is brewed manually using the removable infuser, allowing you to control steeping time and strength. The infuser can also be removed for heating water only or for cleaning.

What materials come into contact with boiling water? Are there plastic parts inside the kettle?

Boiling water flows through glass and stainless steel components. The kettle is made with borosilicate glass and 304 food-grade stainless steel. Plastic parts are limited to the lid and are food-safe and BPA-free.

Does the kettle include safety features?

Yes. The kettle includes auto shut-off, overheat protection, and boil-dry protection for safe everyday use.

What is the kettle’s size and capacity?

The kettle holds up to 1.5 liters and measures approximately 8.7” H × 9” W × 7.6” D with the base, and 7.7” H × 9” W × 5.5” D without the base. Please refer to the product images for a visual size reference.

Why do I see mineral buildup or staining inside the kettle? Is it easy to clean?

Tap water minerals may cause buildup over time. Descaling helps maintain performance and appearance. The wide opening allows easy cleaning—hand wash only, avoid abrasive tools, and empty and dry after use.
