These are perfect for carpet protection of heavy items. Using them under the small feet of a heavy treadmill, and they are rock solid to prevent penetration of the carpet, spreading the weight, and extremely grippy to prevent movement while using the treadmill. Imagine they are equally good for hard floors given their thickness and non-slip attributes. Much better than any soft mat for carpet and hardwood floor protection.

These work. Full Stop. End of Review. Why I say this; you’ll have to read on. I have a treadmill in the room above my kitchen. When being used, the kitchen shakes. You can feel it, each and every concussive foot thump. The cabinets reverberate and glasses that are touching make that jingling sound. So had to try something. Bought the six-pack and put the pads under the feet of the treadmill. Now while in the kitchen; No body jarring bass. No glass jingle. These pads soaked up the foot pounding. I’m impressed and I fully recommend. YES - They do have a rubber stink when first unpacked. But I didn’t find it obnoxious and the mess dissipated in a few days.

Solid!! I put these under a safe to not damage the floor in an apartment and couldn’t be happier. I can definitely see numerous uses for these for tools with high vibration, or cushioning impacts.

Using them under my treadmill to dampen noise. Pretty good, so far.

These work quite a bit better for our walking pad treadmill than the thin mat I originally purchased to try and help with vibration. I used 6 for the legs and stabilizers and it really cushioned the noise we could hear downstairs thought the floor.

Bought to keep my floor under the desk cycle in place. It does so perfectly. The size is excellent fitting the machine. And the material is solid and appears durable.

Got this to support an elliptical and it does exactly what I need it to do....but the actual material of this smell terrible and it still hasn't gone away. I have my elliptical in one room of the house and I've had to move it to the garage due to the smell of the pads. Good: Offers great slip resistance, looks and blended with my equipment, just drop and forget no installation needed, thick enough to provide some cushion/noise suppression, easy to use, and protects my floors. Super con: The products stinks. It smells like a very nauseating, toxic, headache inducing chemical smell. I've done everything I could to get rid of the smell...washed it...used products to try to remove the chemical smell...left it out in the sun for days....and the smell still lingers. Maybe a month outside would do it, now that I've moved it to the garage.

These BXI mats do exactly what they’re supposed to. They’re well-built, feel solid, and the natural rubber looks and feels durable. Nice thickness and size for protecting floors under heavier equipment. Simple and effective.

I was leery this would work, but didn’t want to have to carry a big heavy pad to put underneath the treadmill, these simple 4” squares worked perfectly. I left them outside overnight, never had an issue with smell when I brought them inside. I do 10% incline- 3mph and no issues at all, thrilled.

So glad I bought these. My walking treadmill was about to start a war with my downstairs neighbors until I got these. They do have a strong smell at first, but I just left them outside for a few days and now they smell like nothing.
