Are the bottom ms made of same material as the top i.e. T-shirt material?

It seems that way, but I don't really know. They both feel like they were made of the same kind of fabric though.

Would these fit 6 foot 5 in tall man with 34" waist?

I'm 6'3" with a 38" waist and the 2XL are a very loose fit. Certainly the length is generous on mine, but you need someone who has bought the smaller size to be sure. Certainly I'm happy with the quality and size. The bottoms have a drawstring that will adjust for a smaller waist...but not 34" from the 2XL!

Hi there, I ordered a Large size for myself and I am about the same size. The bottoms are fine but after a couple of washes the tops have shrunk and our now tight. Hope this helps.
