showed up fast, the one I got was made in China but was on the approved list for us dot, the hydro was only 2 months old, and a local gas supplier filled it for emergency o2 use. so, a good buy

Too expensive relative to the tank size above and below this tank. A few nicks and scuffs on the tank but I still believe it is unused (date stamp; 4/22, purchased 4/23). BE AWARE; even with a prescription for O2 I'm having a devil of a time getting anyone to fill the tank in a large metropolitan city.

Old and ised
Cylinders have an end of life date stamped on them. This one was half expired on arrival.
