This is an unusual honey, one I have never encountered before and based on the positive reviews I thought I would try it. When I first tried it, I took a spoon and tasted it plain, I didn't like it. It didn't taste like honey to me, despite it being natural, Raw and not heated or pasturized like so many other products you find in the local store. I was going to return it, but discovered it wasn't returnable. So I read the reviews again and noticed people liked it mixed in tea, so I tried that and voila ! It tastes wonderful in tea instead of sugar or even stevia. Funny thing is, I don't really like the taste of regular honey in tea, but this honey takes perfect. I am soooo happy I found this product and that it is Raw and unheated so it protects all the natural enzymes and beneficial probiotics in it. And I finally found a tea sweetener that works for me ! This product is awesome - just don't taste it on a spoon, mix it with something! That's my advice. I will buy more when I run out of this, that's how much I like it.

OK, so I consider myself a little bit of a honey connoisseur. I love tasting honey from all over the world. This has by far been the best!!! not only in the taste, but the mouth feel as well. It’s a very, very, very thick honey. It’s like a whip honey but it does not say it’s whipped . it’s just amazing in the thickness. It’s a very creamy and heavy … Very very sweet honey. The flavors stay in your mouth for a very long time. I enjoy this straight from the spoon or of course added to my espresso.

I don't usually like honey (unless baked in something) but this honey was terrific. It has a very clean taste, crisp and sweet. It's not at all heavy like some honey is. I bought 2 bottles and I'm glad I did. Some other honey will be used for baking and this will just be used for eating, spreading and spooning over bread, ice cream or waffles. Still the best honey I've ever had. Now I eat it twice a day with Frontier Ceylon organic cinnamon to help with arthritis in my hand after an injury. The honey remains the only one I will eat with a spoon. Amazing mild flavor with a creamy finish. I went directly to OneRoot and bought the large buckets. Their white non-organic is nearly indistinguishable from the organic. The quality is second to none. I also bought a gift box of the organic white with 4 bottles as I recall. One bucket is nearly gone and I alone eat it. One of my guiltiest healthy pleasures. With the Frontier Ceylon cinnamon, it's banished the arthritic pain in my injured hand. 1/2 tsp of the Ceylon cinnamon morning and nite - this honey included liberally. At least 1 tsp with the cinnamon. The additional spoons of this honey are just pure pleasure for eating alone. Going for more now.

I don't leave reviews often unless the experience is really good or really bad. This honey is one of the best I've ever had. I used it in my coffee and it was sweet but not overpowering. The honey is good on it's own too or on toast. Very thick. But you can taste the quality.

I'm sure the honey is fantastic. One of the main reasons I ordered it was because it has never been heated. Sadly, shipping took 5 extra days instead of the next day or two originally promised. Floating around on various delivery vehicles for days in AZ means it was heated to the consistency of water. Attempted to return, Amazon does not take returns on this product. In the Southwest, order during another time of year and stock up.

I really love this honey! It’s not overly sweet, which makes it perfect for everyday use. I started taking a spoonful before bed, and I’ve noticed that I sleep much more deeply and wake up feeling refreshed. It also seems to be helping my digestion — my gut health has definitely improved since I began using it. High quality, organic, and Canadian-made — I couldn’t ask for more. I’ll definitely be purchasing again!
