Good quality product for a small, compact home gym.
An adequate, steel-constructed, frame that will hold up to a "home gym" workout for many years. First, you're not buying high quality commercial gym equipment here for powerlifting. So I'm not reviewing this as a comparison to the rest of the heavy duty products out there. But, this product is perfect for my purpose. I have a multipurpose room in my home which includes a small gym. I like to do barbell bench and squats. I don't lift very heavy anymore so this is ok for the weights I use. I already had a bench so I was looking for a rack only. This product is perfect for that and came in at a very reasonable price ($100.00) well below all of the competition. I was a little skeptical of the price, but it is a solid and stable system, well put together. Easy to assemble, I did it alone in 30 minutes. You have to be sure to follow the directions and put it together right (put the right screws in the right holes)! I am 5'10" and this product has plenty of room under it when I'm lifting up the barbell for squats. Since there are two separate pieces, there is plenty of flexibility as far as set-up and storage. I put 150 lbs on a bar and racked it around 5' high. Then I also adjusted it and did a few bench reps, it handled it very easily. So, in my opinion, this system will handle around 200 lbs very safely. If you are planning on lifting in excess of that, I recommend a professional system and a spotter. I've lifted all my life and use to do very heavy weight. It's no fun rolling an olympic bars with 315 lbs down your chest to your stomach when you go to failure on a bench lift with no spotter. In summary, a well built system at a great price that is sturdy and stable for "home-gym" use. Came as advertised (described and pictured) within a few days of ordering with no delays. I am very happy with this addition to my little set-up.

A barbell holder worth getting
This is a well made product. It assembled easily and the directions were good enough. BUT If I had to say some negatives the height adjustment is a little awkward. The screw-in part should be spring loaded and lockable so the holes are easier to feel and find. I think the rubber foot pieces could stay on better. They fall off or loosen every time I move the set. Also they thought to put a rubber strip on the "spotter" pieces but the barbell holder at the top doesn't have one and putting the bar down is a little noisy. I put my own rubber pieces there. All these negatives are minor and I stand by my 4 star rating regardless.

If you buy it, use it and stay fit.
For me it worked out perfectly. Easy fun assembling, heavy and sturdy enough for home gym. Well packed ( no visible drops or dents on box) all needed is 2 adjustable wrench to put together. Love it as well as the price ๐

Great for Money! Read to avoid Wobble!
Good Rack for the money. Buying this you need to understand you are not slamming the weight against it and dropping the bar, this a controlled placement rack. Holding weights up to 390lbs is plenty for me. I put this together in an hour not rushing. Biggest complaint I read was directions for putting it together and wobble after. Take your time putting it together. There is no step by step directions, only a picture. Build from the bottom up. The 4 bolts that go on the bottom of each bracket (2 for main post, 2 for support pieces) put the bolt end underneath and nut on top (opposite of directions picture). This way when tightening down the bolt tip does not hit the floor. Lastly, there was a lot of complaints about wobble. This comes from people not squaring the rack. DO NOT tighten the feet of each bracket until last. Put them on loose and put the rest together. Once the rest is together and snugged down, put the entire piece on a flat surface (like a concrete garage or basement). Then put weights on the ends of the feet to keep them firmly planted on the floor. I then placed a magnetic level towards the top of the rack on the post. Then tighten down the foot bolts ensuring the feet are still flat on the ground and the post is level (90 degrees from feet). Last thing is put the rubber end covers on for the feet. This will ensure no wobble. Lastly, if you plan on using anything shorter than a 7' bar, the feet on each stand can get in the way or be a trip hazard. With a 7' bar you have enough clearance.

Assembly Error Instructions for Yahee tech model #610200 - Here's What You Need to Know
* Price is very good for what you get. Well shipped. Nicely wrapped. Parts all easy to take out and match to the instrcutions. * Hard to assemble using pliers or something like that - must use one and ideally two ratcheted nut driver sets or you will take much longer and won't get the bolts tight enough, imho. * Error in assembly instructions (for Yahee tech model #610200 which is this model) - I found out the hard way and had to work around the errors, take it apart, and then reassemble. * see the photo of the bottom of the unit sitting on the floor. Note that bolt ends - they are pointing UP. The instructions you can see show them oriented down. If you do this you will find the bolt end extend beyond the clearance and will hit/scrape the floor, and make the unit unstable/unbalanced. So after assembly I found this error and reassembled by reversing the bolt directions. * The units are probably ok, but I'd not use them with much more than the manufacturer's rating up to a very few hundred pounds due to stability. Squat cages are likely what you need. I've used lots of different squat racks and these are not sturdy enough, in my opinion, for use, lets say, with 400 pounds. When backing up return the weights from squatting you will naturally bump into the uprights and their movement is unsettling. In most gyms there is zero movement as these are very heavy components. * They get much more stable if you rest a 45 pound plate on the base of each post. That helps a bit.

Good Product. You need to know a few things though before building it.
You can build this. If I can build this, you can definitely build this. You will need tools to tighten the bolts. O'Reillys and AutoZone rent out tools FREE, if you don't wanna buy them or don't have them. I used: 1 adjustable wrench 1 17mm wrench As others have said, when putting the bolts in on the feet, you'll need to put them in from the bottom and have the ends come out the top (the opposite of how the manual shows to do) to make sure the bolts dont touch the ground. Also, the bench press arms (that will hold the bar when you bench press), slide them to the bottom, and don't screw in the side bolt until after you have placed your squat bar extender arms in and put their little metal pin thing in. After youve put the squat extenders in place with their designated pins, then screw in your bench press arm pieces. Basically if you want to adjust the bench press arms, its easy. If you wanna adjust the squat extender arms, youll need to first unscrew the bench press arm pieces, let them go to the bottom, then adjust your squat arms with their respective pins. I think I am gonna go buy 2 more pins to use with the bench press pieces instead of the screw in things since it's kind of annoying to have to unscrew and screw back in if youre working out with someone else and you need to change the height of the press or the squat rack. Its not a big deal though. This is a solid rack for the price and especially if you arent planning on adjusting the heights of the press or squat, it's not a bother, which is the case for me. I would probably get sand bags to weigh down the feet if you plan on lifting really heavy. I lift moderate weight and just nicely put the bar back on the rack without needing sandbags. As is, the item is great. I definitely recommend. Just know you're gonna need a couple tools to put it together, and if you lift heavy you'll wanna make sandbags. It's really solid and stable for my 5'7 self, on my wood deck, lifting moderate weight, not needing to adjust the height.

Perfect for small gyms, holds a decent amount of weight, and built to last.
Compact, Strong, and Reliable This squat rack is a great addition to a small home gym. Itโs compact but sturdy, and it can hold a solid amount of weight without feeling unstable. Assembly was straightforward, and it feels reliable during heavy lifts. For anyone setting up a home gym and needing a durable, space-efficient rack, this one is a solid choice. Overall, itโs practical, strong, and built to last.

Good purchase for the price
This product kind of scared me with the reviews of instability, mismatching screws etc. The product came together easy through the instructions and is even easier if you watch the video on the purchase screen for how install it. I noticed the pictures of people saying the screws were too long had actually installed them incorrectly by putting them in backwards as the video and the instructions both show not to install them that way. I don't think this is the rack you want to buy if you're a competitive body builder but is good for the average Joe. I found that it can also be used for bench press and decline press if you remove the squat rack extension and move the bottom rack hooks to the top. I use the squat rack extension bars for when I do incline bench press. As for stability it moves a little bit with squats but not much at all if you use some precaution setting the weights down instead of slamming them carelessly.

Not fancy but works
If it works, it works. Thatโs kind of the best way to describe this thing. Itโs definitely a little sketchy โ it wobbles, and it doesnโt exactly scream โhigh qualityโ when youโre putting it together. But at the end of the day, it does the job. Iโve got about 15 lbs hanging off one right now I know thatโs nothing Iโm just lazy to put a ton on. but Iโve also stacked over 400 lbs on it before and it held up just fine. So while it might not look or feel super solid, itโs surprisingly strong. I wouldnโt go shaking it around or moving it too much whilst loaded (although I have). Itโs not fancy, but it works โ and sometimes thatโs all you need.

Decent product.
One thing to note - when assembling, point the bolts so that the nut gets threaded on from the top. Instructions had it going on the other way for the center bar and the bolts were just long enough to hit the ground before the padded feet. Also when torquing on the nuts I did too much and it dented the hallow metal so stop before that. Otherwise great product, really love it, easily portable, and can't beat the price.

Solid
Really solid. I put 220lbs at the sixth hole and it was still feeling pretty solid.

Meh, they serve their purpose but the functionality is garbage.
These are decent for someone starting out doing chest exercises and squats... maybe some shoulder stuff but the bars are atrocious to adjust... between exercises it's a nightmare... you literally have to undo the entire thing just to adjust for incline / neutral and decline bench presses... it's really annoying and cumbersome. It would have been much better if the design was better thought out because having to unscrew 2 knobs, take out the locking pins and then popping plastic protectors off every time you have to lower or raise the barbell holders is just garbage... wastes about 5 minutes of your time every time... they are sturdy and compact so I'll give them that, storage is easy but yeah, the utility of these things for making adjustments is just trash.
