I have found Immune Plus from Vegan Vitality to be a very helpful product. The combination of ingredients seems to suit very well as it has been well tolerated with no unpleasant side effects at all. In fact, there has been a beneficial effect felt inasmuch as there feels to be a definite smooth increase in available energy which allows me to last the day better. I shall certainly continue to buy this supplement as it gives me a better balance of ingredients than does a general multivitamin. As for a boost in the immunity value, I think that naturally follows with the right combination of ingredients which generally help one to feel better and more hardy overall, which this supplement certainly does.

I recently stumbled upon these immune system boosters with vitamins by random while searching for something different, and I will tell you, they have changed my take on health! With the seasons changing ( even though my favourite season is winter ), I usually find myself catching horrendous colds and headaches that unfortunately comes my way. however, routines have changed , and it might just be me but it’s all thanks to these capsules. Otherwise my system is always compromised. From the very 2+weeks taking them always on a time schedule otherwise I will forget taking them, I noticed a gear shift .my energy boost wasn’t immediate nor my mood but did gradually overtime, and I felt more lively throughout the day and naps have been wonderful.My body's defenses needed a call.

Gut gefallen mir die Dosierungen. Nur VitaminC und B12 sind überdosiert. Das finde ich gut, da es insgesamt nicht so sinnlos überdosiert ist. Mir fehlt in der Mischung noch Fohlsäure zur Ergänzung von B12. Sie sind weich und lassen sich trotz ihrer Größe gut einnehmen. Sie haben einen leichten herben Eigengeschmack, der aber nicht sonderlich intensiv ist. Ich habe keine direkt spürbaren Wirkungen, was bei einer Stärkung des Immunsystems ja aber auch nicht zu erwarten ist. Ich habe aber auch keine Nebenwirkungen.
