Surgilube 4.25 Ounce Flip Cap Tube Sterile (Pack of 2)

I use this for daily for medical purposes and fills the bill. I like being able to count on it being truly sterile.

This is a good enough lube, and does the job well enough. Getting the seal off the tube can be difficult. I've found there is air in the tube with the lube. I paid for 4.25 ounces of lube, not lube mixed with air. Squeezing the lube out can become challenging if the tube gets slippery. The lube has a slight not unpleasant chemical smell, and dries without leaving much of a residue. It also isn't irritating for me. This lube also stays wet for quite a while without drying out.

We had an issue with getting my partner genitals into mine. So we tried this and it worked well for our application, probably not the ideal personal lubrication for all domestic encounters. If you are having pain from too much size difference in your partner it IS VERY efficient. It has a certain tacky nature that may not be good for user on parts that you may want out mouth on. But, for any sexual situations where genitals are just having a bit too trouble penetrating or bring penetrated... Then this is probably THE ONLY product that can really make it work. It lasts a long time and stays working better than any product I've ever used before. Plus, it's very affordable! Give it a try!

I have found SurgiLube to be indispensable. Not only does it act as a fantastic lubricant, but because it's bacteriostatic, I have found it extremely effective as a temporary/emergency lotion over areas of skin that are susceptible to anaerobic bacteria, including cuts, abrasions, and any other minor surface injury I want to immediately prevent infection with, if I don't have NeoSporin (topical antibotic) handy. As a 'lotion' it dries without residue, and leaves the skin extremely soft and supple.
