This is fantastic for restless legs and muscle cramps - the results are fast. I first picked a bottle of this up in the US, it worked so well my partner won’t use anything else now, and insists on this brand - lasts a good while too!

I have suffered with restless legs and bad night cramps on and off for years. Recently they got so bad I did not want to go to bed. I came across Theraworx and when I read the reviews thought this sounds amazing but I bet it won’t work for me. First night I tried it immediate relief and since buying it I haven’t had any of those terrible nights. Sleeping straight through without those awful night terrors , I am just so grateful to all those people who gave their reviews, so I am doing it too. Try it, it’s so well worth it. I have suffered from leg cramps for a very long time.(very painful). I bought the Theraworx product not expecting any real results but was surprised when it actually worked. I thought it could be coincidence when it first worked but it continues working giving me relief within seconds.This is a brilliant product.

Bought this for my husband as he suffers terribly with cramp in his legs and hands. Was a bit sceptical, but it worked. Applied at bedtime no cramps in the night or if he feels a cramp coming on any other time sprayed immediately and it lessens the cramp significantly. Shame the price has gone up by quite a lot!

This comes in quite fiddly bottle with pump action which is a bit awkward if you’re trying to spray your muscles in your calves or back of your shoulder, it’s worth the effort as it really helps with pain relief and reduces stiffness and it dries fast and no sticky residue.

My feet and leg cramps aren't the type that makes you scream, but they're bad enough. And this stuff works. Shake it, squirt it two times, rub it where you're cramping. Wait a minute or two, and repeat. Within a few minutes, it's going,...going,...gone. I'll never be without this stuff close by.

Ok. I waited to review this because I was nervous. My husband is a big guy and travels A LOT. On traveling days he has legs cramps at night. Theraworx has literally STOPPED the cramps. He tried them on his hands - which can cramp while repetitively using tools and worked for that too! He has cramps on the tops of his feet. Worked there too. Now, he won't travel without it. Not really believing the results, my husband stopped using it - and the cramps came back.. use it - they don't. He says that with Theraworx, he gets a full night sleep (which he thinks is a miracle in itself) after suffering with leg cramps for YEARS at night. I don't get cramps that often, so I use as needed. It works quickly - which is important if you have ever had a major cramp. Honestly, I don't fully understand WHY it works... but it does. I am sure that everyone is different - it may not work for everyone. But I think it's something to say that we have tried on three different people with different types of cramps and have had 100% relief - no kidding. We purchased the 'spray' - not the foam. Not sure if there is a difference there - but I have to say we love the spray. Spray it on... a quick rub and let it dry - which is fast. It's not sticky. Doesn't have an odor. I kinda feel like it's one of those rare things that actually works. If you suffer from cramps, I would urge you to try it - invest just once. And review it! This stuff is amazing. And no, I am NOT compensated or know anyone at Theraworx! But I do tell everyone I know. Having said all of that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

I can't speak to the results, except for the fact that I've had no cramps since sometimes using this. I've since come to learn that diet plays a key role in whether or not I get leg cramps. So I cannot say conclusively that this product prevented cramps; only that I didn't experience them after applying it, and before I changed my diet. So maybe it does work. Or maybe diet is the best way to avoid cramps. Update - I now know that using this product just before you feel like you're going to get a cramp, does actually work. I've been in that situation several times since the last review and I'm pleased to say that it works. Although I don't want to experience it myself, I'd be curious to see how long that it takes for a cramp to go away, once the spray is applied. I've been lucky enough to feel them coming on, before having to apply the spray. Of course, I'd prefer that the bottle was $10 or less, so that I could buy multiple bottles, but not getting the cramp in the first place is well worth the cost of the product.
