Beautiful ceramic Loaf Pan, just the right size
The Emile Henry Pearl Gray Modern Classic Loaf Pan is both beautiful and practical. Finally a dish I can use with high temps!
I use it to cook bread, so 465°F, and it is just perfect, if doesn't move. Also used it for cakes and the surface is smooth enough that they don't stick to it. That makes the dish easy to clean too. It looks good, I usually have ugly cookware, but this one is simple and nice. I will probably buy a bigger one though.

A great pan really makes a difference in how something cooks and tastes. These pans couldn’t be any nicer. Baking has never been better! The size is as stated! I hope I never drop it because they could break!

Beautiful dish
Back when silicon was the rage, I got some silicon bakeware but over the years as I have become a more seasoned baker, I have decided I hate them all. You just don’t get even baking or a nice crust with silicon. My first Emile Henry purchase was a pie pan, and I loved it so much I started adding other pieces. This loaf pan is stunning, and baked goods can be presented in the dish over the holidays. One thing to be aware of is that the dish is bigger ( 1.4 quarts, 10”x6”x3.1”) than a standard American loaf pan (1 quart, 8.5”x4.5”x2.5”) so a recipe doesn’t quite fill the pan adequately. You need to 1.5x the recipe or you will end up with a squat loaf.

Perfect baking pan
I bought this for my husband because he loves to bake. He has tried many kinds of bread pans, but this has been the best one by far! It keeps the dough nice and evenly baked. I highly recommend this company for all your baking needs.
