To summarize my review: This is a stress ball on steroids. If you ever feel stressed, this product will do wonders for you no matter how big, small, strong, or normal you are. This product will be integral to your daily life. It's highly adjustable and fits snugly no matter the hand size, and the grip is comfortable. Buy it. Let me warn you: I am lazy. I hate standing, I hate moving, and I hate anything that requires any form of long-term physical discomfort. I do however love to work out, I love to walk on a treadmill at max incline, I love lifting weights, and I enjoy a good sweat and massage. So I understand this seems paradoxical but it's really not. So imagine my surprise when I don't even have to get my big ass off the chair to get a good workout going!! No need for that rubber band, no need for barbells, no need for any form of effort beyond picking up some clickers and clicking them. It's easy, requires no preparation, and feels like lifting weights. It has a counter, the counter is pretty bad. It isn't aligned properly, it only goes to 99, and resetting it is a pain. So I don't plan to use it. Also, the metal spring on it is perfect. It is made where you can change the position of the spring which increases the resistance up to 130 pounds. However... this is not exactly true. I can easily max this out and do the 130-pound resistance however the problem is the thing starts to bend and the grip starts to move inwards and doesn't properly touch the other side causing the metal to bend. If you max this at 130 pounds for the long term, it will eventually bend and break. However, it's pure metal and it will take some effort to break. The grip is held against the spring by two large metal rods. So it's not like this product isn't very durable, it's durable. If you are like me, lazy, unmotivated, and just wanted to workout because you enjoy the feeling, and love to pick something up and build strength, this is for you. The whole reason I bought it was that this was the best bang for your buck, there are 2 of them for 20$ and I don't like having to switch it between my hands. I am that lazy. But, I do burn about 2000-3000 calories a week on the treadmill and other machines in the gym so this is a perfect little device for letting out a bit of energy while you are in your recovery period. I do wish it was capable of withstanding more than just 100 pounds but for me 100 pounds is perfect. I am 330 pounds with 24% bodyfat (around that.) and I can probably bench 350+. So trust me, if this works well for me, it will work extremely well for you.

There’s a lot of really positive aspects to this product. First it fits well in a smaller hand. My hands are larger than most women but smaller than a lot of men so I’m pretty happy that they seem to fit about any size hand well. They do adjust tension which is great because you can have either two different settings are you preset for a single hand or one for you and one for someone else in the house. The only thing that I don’t like is the counter which doesn’t really seem to add any value to be honest. I find that I’m counting in my head anyway because you’re breathing and pacing whenever you’re exercising. Plus it makes a clicking noise that is loud enough to disturb someone else. Without the click counter they are quiet not squeaky and work great. Another point on the clicker counter is that depending on how you squeeze you’ll either hit the little button to count or miss it. So you almost have to focus on doing it one way or the other. In any case that’s the only reason it has four stars but otherwise it clicks, it counts, it squeezes, it exercises , and it’s adjustable so it does it’s job really well and is lower cost than the others that I checked out. All in all I’m pretty happy with them.

Don’t think it’s 100 pounds but on the max setting it’s pretty hard. I did 10 pills with it on my first try on Max but the day after it was hard to get three or four so it’s pretty tough. I don’t know if it’s 100 lbs but I love it great for strength training your hands grip strength. I am VERY strong Too!!!

Cant beat the price. Great having 2 so dont need change adjustment for each hand. Counter is not necessary. Quality is ok.

They definitely serve their purpose and are easy to adjust as needed. The counting mechanism is quite noisy though and the numbers on one hand don't line up. I chose to purchase these for the adjustable resistance, but it is kind of hard to gauge where you have it set because there's only a tiny graph and no arrow showing where you have it set. I also have small hands, and the higher resistance you set, the gap increases, so it becomes harder to hold/squeeze. (Obviously it takes more strength to squeeze the higher resistance you set, I'm only referring to the gap and how difficult it can be to wrap your hand around to squeeze it if you have small hands.) So this is a great starter piece, it is quite durable for the price, and pretty straightforward.

These are just about the cheapest hand grips you can get on amazon. That’s what you get. 2 hand grips that are really not that ergonomic and the grip material is not fantastic quality. There is no way to tell the LB setting you’re at so to accurately do this you need to turn it from minimum to maximum and figure out how many turns that is then figure how many LBs per turn you’re getting from that number. Or just set it halfway and say ‘that’s fine’ like I did, whatever right? Personally, I would have forgone the ‘squeeze counter’ to include that feature. Anyway, that all being said; use them and they work. Thats all they need to do at this price point. *Clicking does get annoying after a bit.

These work as advertised and are comfortable. I would like them to feel a little more robust esp. regareding the counter but for the money the quality is fine. I keep one in the car and use it on the way to work trading hands. I have no problem with these hand grips and would recommend them.

Excelente custo-benefício para quem precisa fortalecer a pegada e o pulso. Para quem, assim como eu, tem uma diferença drástica de força de uma mão para outra em função de lesão, a possibilidade de ajustar a carga é excelente e o contador ajuda a entender se "valeu" a repetição. O mostrador do contador parece frágil, mas vejo isso como um atributo a mais e não algo que o produto DEVERIA oferecer, então está tudo ok.
