This stuff is the way forward for high protien and flavour. Tip. Chop two into chunks and chuck it in gravy... beastly... For camping take these for instant protien and flavour if you chuck them into... super noodles! Boom. 8 quid a pack i would buy them more often but not bad as a treat.
