I bought this for my bug bites! I recently moved to Florida, not sure what’s biting me but these bites look like mosquito bites in the beginning but become EXTREMELY itchy and by day two develop a small central blister. It takes 2 weeks or more to completely go away. I tried diphenhydramine cream, hydrocortisone, oral antihistamines nothing worked to relieve the ITCH, until this ointment. I apply it after showering and immediately cover it with a bandaid, itch free for 12+ hours. I feel like they’re healing faster too, without me scratching them.

This is a good product. It helps to shrink hemorrhoids.

I'll preface this by saying I've not been diagnosed with anything medically. But sorta self diagnosed I had an issue down there based possibly on the habits I had. I worked on them and symptoms improved but would return, sometimes quickly. TLDR, the ring would hurt pretty bad and at some points I'd want to cry from the pain and couldn't sleep properly because of it. This cream is a game changer. I tried a few options before this, but they were watery and you can imagine how nasty that ends. Anyways, this cream not only provides me immediate relief, it heals me better than anything else I've tried thus far. My only problem is sometimes it wears off a little quickly, and the price is up there. But this product is super worth it from my limited experience.

Bought June 10th. Got it on the 11th. (2025) So far on the fence about how well it works. Doesn’t appear actually heal, but does provide a hint of temporary relief. Still hot and a little burning and scratchy at times after a dose starts to wear off. This may be an issue with other ointments as well, but with this stuff, inserted in the kazoo, it (sorry for the TMI) seeps out and between the cheeks they stay uncomfortably too moist during the day. I’m self aware asking myself through out the day “Is this working?” So far not as well as I had hoped for.

Used for a week as directed and I’ve been struggling with external piles for roughly 4 years now (I’d say they are mild to moderate) and been using prep h to soothe my symptoms which had helped decently but I was hoping this would help the itch more due to the hydrocortisone. After using for 1 week my bum is beyond itchy, the piles are more prudent and painful, also more bloody than ever which is scary. But to top all that off you get addicted to applying this because the itch burns so bad if you don’t reapply every time your in the bathroom (even when your not using the toilet!) the reapplication burns so bad/good your convinced it’s working. Turns out after doing research hydrocortisone thins the skin and causes the whole situation to get worse so if you do need a product for that intolerable itch I’d recommend prep h soothing relief which is only 1% hydrocortisone and be very mindful with how often you use it but it will relive that itch on those days you just can’t stand it after a hard day of working ect .
