Very poor product quality. After delivery, I noticed that when I rotate the pedal, the entire unit shakes, making it unusable. I have initiated a return, and the item will be picked up by Amazon. However, the refund process is quite slow—it may take around 13–14 days for the amount to be credited back to my account since I did not choose the Amazon Pay balance option. Overall, this has been a waste of both time and money.

Product is Average. Doesn't stick well with the floor. Resistance knob doesn't give ideal about the level of resistance (there is no level indicator to set resistance). No user manual describing how to reset indicator. Return of money is average.

Reset option is recommended
The equipment works well and is simple to use. My only concern is the display panel — since there is no reset option, the count, calories, and time carry over from the previous session. This makes daily tracking difficult, especially if I miss checking the previous reading. Adding a reset feature would greatly improve the experience.
