I ordered riversoft water filter cartridge because when I used for the first time, I really felt it is worth buying this filter. Hard water has damaged my skin and hair and this saved me from my hair getting frizzy and unhealthy. When I started using the water with this filter I felt my hair was soft, silky and also healthy skin. Second time I ordered cartridge and its been almost 2 weeks since I have started using it, I did not find it useful because my hair is back to frizzy and dry. Im not sure what happened because I have been using the same shower filter as well as same cartridge. Is seller misleading us by not delivering a good refill though the first time was much impressive. Im not at all happy with this refill shower filter cartridge. Seller made me think whether I should go for this filter next time or not. Guys think before you give this a try. Thank you!Edit: After seeing my review.... Seller has contacted me many times and sent filter after filter until I was satisfied with the product. He sent me total of 2 filters. Yes, I have been using it for 3 weeks and found it very satisfying. It fulfills my needs. Thank you very much RIVERSOFT for following up and knowing customer's requirements and fulfilling them.

Initially from the beginning of the product is good and its working fine after that they are reducing the a sizes and quality is also not up to the mark so from next time onwards it's a difficult to purchase the rivers after if they maintain same type of lesser quality but initially from the first time when I was purchased it was very good they are need to maintain the kind of quality otherwise

Compared to others this one comes for long not 6 months atleast 4 months plus they have sealed and packed cartilage unlike other companies looked like they are used one resold

I am extremely disappointed with this product. It completely stopped working within just a week of use, which is unacceptable. Initially, the water flow seemed fine, but very quickly the pressure started dropping. Now, it barely lets out a few drops of water, making it practically unusable.I expected at least a reasonable level of durability and performance. The product clearly does not meet even minimum quality standards.I would not recommend this to anyone. It feels like a waste of money and time. The manufacturer should seriously look into quality control, as such poor performance within days is not acceptable at all.

Excellent cartridge for hard water areas. Installation was simple and it noticeably reduces scaling and improves the taste of water. Clothes feel softer after washing and skin dryness has reduced. A cost-effective solution that really works. my wife told before using that she experienced hairfall but after this hairloss somewhat reduced soo much as we use well water in rooftop tank so in my region water is hard it helps in softening
