Works really well! Doesn't have a strong odor, definitely dont feel the body part anymore after you put it on good strength. Could be a bigger bottle for what you pay for it. Not sticky at all

This stuff rocks! Really knocks out the muscle pain and strain after physical therapy and general muscle overuse after exercise. My physical therapist recommended it to. me. I like the pump bottle too, no muss…no fuss. The therapeutic effect lasts for hours..The cream itself is not greasy. It dissappears after you massage it into the affected area. I am very pleased with this product.

Helps reduce inflammation and discomfort. Very light scent that goes away after drying. I love this product as well as RockSause Fire. Both work great!!

They use the fiery version of this. The doctors office where I work. I bought this because I like the fiery one and I wanted to see what the cold would feel like. It definitely helps relieve pain, but I can say on personal preference that I prefer the fiery rock sauce better.

Works well with cooling. Scents not as potent as most products. Lasts for at least an hour.

I was first introduced to this product by a therapist. I had immediate relief when I first started using it and bought more to give away. I suffer from night cramps and other pains. I keep this on my bedside table for use during the night. I have used other products and liked them until I found RockSauce Cool. I have not used the hot so I can't speak to that one. I love the roll-on style. It keeps your hands clean of the product since you don't have to rub it on. Update: I wondered why the label came off. I had this sitting on my bedside table until I finished a tool on I purchased locally. Well, it felt sticky and I didn’t think anything of it. I inspected it today and saw a crack around the area the top screws into the plastic container and then saw the crack went all the way down to the bottom. Just glad I didn’t touch my eyes after using this in the dark. My legs cramp after I get into bed which is why I keep it close by. Had no idea this was damaged. Guess I’ll check things from now on when unpacking an item that could be damaged in shipping. ☹️

I run a lot and following recovery for a meniscus tear I’ve found that painful achy legs has now become the norm so this roll on before and after to the affected areas almost makes it go away I complemented the Great North run and it was made more possible to complete a pb with the roll on

This is great stuff for those soar tendon/muscles as you can apply it directly on top of the Rock tape and it sinks through to the area below.

Product is supposed to be suitable for children and adults. My young daughter found it way too strong, it burned her sensitive skin and unfortunately we had to return it. Maybe as an adult it would be more tolerable?
