One of the things that really helps compression (floss) bands work really well is if they are a bit "tacky" and can stick to itself as you wrap it around. These bands slip around easily and make it very difficult to get the really targeted compression that a more tacky band would provide. The bands are nice and thick and will probably last a long time, but that bit of tackiness would make them great.

Not impressed with this product. The bands are very smooth which makes them slippery and hard to keep them in place with movement during muscle flossing. They didn’t stick to the skin or stay tucked in when trying to use them like others I have. I didn’t try them out right away but did inspect them and thought everything was good so I missed the window to return them and now stuck with a product that I can’t use with my clients.

After a pretty intense foot surgury, the swelling, per my PT, was not in check. After ensuring, all was medically kosher, he recommended this band. Used the red one only. Nightly routine of ice and this wrap (5 minute) session, put swelling in check, helping the healing process move forward.

this product was recommended to me by a coworker. I have played the drums for over 20 years. in the last year or so I have had pain in my right arm/elbow. I have been using this product for week or so now and I am feeling the results with less pain and more strength and movement. Just follow the instructions and it will help.

My physiotherapist recommended this product in helping to reduce further injury by building strength I was able to get ahead of my injury and develop a stronger muscle that is pain free Since then other family member have used it for the same purpose just different body areas. We have used it in ankles & calves

Just don't work effectively. Bottom line, too slippery. Makes application very difficult especially when applying yourself. After you do get them on, working the joint , the bands slide , open up at areas and bunch up. Going back to a split bicycle tube is way better but not as elegant when working with clients. Going to try the more expensive Rogues.

I bought these to knee floss after ACL surgery. I didn't use these for very long but I was happy with the quality. I also appreciated the affordability compared to other bands and retailers. Exercising with these helped me regain strength and confidence in my legs again.

I bought this product because I'm injured and this is basically useless because one band was glued together while I was unraveling is snapped three times and my other band was fine quality but was to small I couldn't wrap my knee at all
