Best batter for walleye
Can’t buy this in the store where we live. We went on a fishing trip on Lake Erie and the captain told us this was the best batter for the walleye. He was not kidding. Do not hesitate to buy this.

Great flavor
Great blend of seasoning, but I accidentally bought the Cajun, instead of the regular. It's great for those that like some heat!

Best Seasoning for Picky Eaters
If you're trying to get your kids to enjoy fish, this is the breading to use. I tried it on bass and bluegill, and it was a game-changer. The kids absolutely loved it!

Flavor fish seasoning of all time.

Extremely hot uncut. BUT....
I write this review as I am placing a reorder. So, clearly Andy's Cajun Fish Breading is a keeper. Be forewarned, however, that this blend as a Straight, No Chaser is extremely hot. The first time we used it my wife described it a "torture". I agree. BUT with subsequent uses, I blended it approximately 70/30 with Louisianna Fish Fry. (30% Andy's). Yummy to the max. I now experiment with the blend mix combo. It's all good.
