Does not come with the mounting bolts or a backup solenoid.
The mounting bolts must be a very high quality, not the common bolts most available.

Not as advertised buyer beware
This is not how I would expect a new part to arrive. No documentation, no hardware, no protective packaging. Not even a model number on it to verify if it is in fact the correct advertised weight rating. Shipped in a reused wheel box.
