This spice is used to bring out flavors. It is an earthy taste with a hint of lemon. Good for stews Chili. Especially good with lamb. Spice is in a bottle, keeping it fresh. I love this brand, my very favorite!!

Tonight I made Lee Hull's pumpkin chili from his Kidney Disease Food Guide. I used Happy Belly canned pumpkin puree and cumin. It was a real winner. This cumin gives a warm well rounded flavor to recipes. I rely on Spice Islands herbs and spices to make all my cooking great! ~The Rebecca Review P.S.
