I have a Lutron caseta dimmer switch, why does the light flash when turned on fully but stop flashing when dim it a little?

I have the same problem. Adjusting dim levels as recommended by Lutron did not help much. The bulb does not flash only at 55% dim level at most, anything higher it starts flashing.

Do they shut completely off. I recd mine yesterday and they dim down but won’t shut off completely

To turn them off, you have to switch the power to them off. I don't think you can shut them off by dimming them.

I just read an article that some dimmable g9 led's change color as they are dimmed. do these led bulbs just get darker or do they change color a bit?

These won't dim for me, its either on or off. Disappointed as they are quite bright.
