WOW! It was strong and did a terrific job vacuuming the cat hair and debris. Wish I had found it sooner!

This attachment is great for cleaning upholstery in cars. We have two Corgi dogs that like to go for rides. They leave a lot of hair behind. This attachment removes the hair quickly and easily.

Fit perfectly in my central vacuum! Picks everything!

I'm delighted to have an easy hand tool to vacuum my carpeted stairs; the turbine power seems to generate adequate brush rotation and does a good job of fluffing the pile. My biggest complaint is that this tool is LOUD. I need to remember earplugs next time I use it! If I keep the open surface flat (parallel to the ground) the tool is not super-effective in corners, but with a little angling I manage to pick up the bits of debris that tend to accumulate at the back edge of the stair.

When I opened the Rug Rat to clean it by removing the screw, a little clip that, I believe, reinforced the inner screw hole fell off. When I picked it up and put it back over the inner screw hole I saw that the inner plastic was broken and there was only half of the hole left. I don't know if the clip was placed over the broken plastic hole piece or if it was a reinforcement. Either way, the clip did not stay on because the plastic was broken. I placed the clip over the hole anyway and gently put it back together. I tested it and it worked after that, but I have my doubts about the quality of the device. What a disappointment!

This little tool really really digs deep to get pet fur and dirt out! watch your fingers, it really has some spin speed!

The Rug Rat does a great job at cleaning the stairs.

It does the trick.

I bought this as using the powerhead for my central vacuum is a pain in the butt to use to vacuum the carpeted stairs. The rotary head will stop if you press it down on the carpet too hard, but generally it's a much better solution and easier to use. Not a bad purchase if you can't stand using your regular powerhead to vacuum carpeted stairs.
