Great condiment

Perfect for giving your food a little kick!
My husband bought this after seeing it used on a TV cooking show. He liked it very much but thought it was a little sweet. He loved the recipe he made with it and plans on buying more. It arrived quickly, well-packaged tp prevent breakage and was delicious. He'll be ordering more.

Ill Fitting Lid
Normally I am dismissive of other peoples' reviews based on poor packaging but in this particular case the product leaked oil into the packaging and was visible coming out the the shipping box. The reason is that it seems as if they are using the wrong size, ill fitting metal lid on the jar and or has a terrible seal inside the cap. I hope the manufacturer reads this with an eye toward resolving this issue on an otherwise great product.

My favorite chili sauce ever
The certified best chili sauce ever, but had issues with leakage in my delivery. The oil will soak through anything haha.

WOW! What a sensory hit
A friend bent my ear for over a half hour on how I must try the chili flakes. She has applied it to most everything she has served for the last month and gave it rave reviews.So I paid the long price and ordered it on Amazon. Yup, I'm now an advocate. The Lau Gan Ma chili flakes add at least 4 additional dimensions of flavor to whatever dish you prepare. It has heat, it is sorta sweet, it has a burst of chili flavor and it has a crunchy texture. Now, I seperate a little of whatever I'm cooking and add a little of the sauce. It has almost always improoved the recipe. Getting the right mix is my current challenge.

Best chili crisp of all time
The price is more than I'd usually pay in a supermarket, but I can't find this in my local stores. This crisp is by far the best of all the brands I've tried - outperforms momofuku, fly by jing, etc. in flavour and is also cheaper. If you love other crisps, try this one!
