The first week I took the saffron with an empty stomach, I felt very anxious my heart was beating so hard I was scared. I asked chat gpt, who suggested me to take it with food, completely changed things, at one point my friend asked me what I was taking, my energy level completely changed, I’m seeing the sun brighter. There is being some days I felt down but not like I was when I decide to try this.

I actually really really liked this one! I was looking for a natural remedy for depression and while I couldn't immediately notice the effect (or so I thought), I noticed it immediately as soon as I ran out. ☺️ I guess I attributed my well being to other factors, or thought I was busier and more distracted to feel blue, but I cried two days straight after I ran out. And it clicked that maybe it's the saffron that had me feel better after all. Repurchased. ✅️

It was surprising but it has actually helped lower my hunger cravings. It also has helped with some of my social anxiety which is why I originally started taking it.

Started taking this for appetite management. I honestly don't feel anything different, but knowing there are other potential health benefits that Saffron offers has me feeling okay about taking it.

Worth the price and the pill size is great very easy to swallow. I love this company because they do not lie or scam.

Love this brand, and the saffron really helps me stay calmer. I take it daily and sometimes before bed. This is the best one I have tried so far, and feel the quality is worth the money. Such a great product!

I use this to help with my mood. I really like the effects and trust this brand. Not a super strong effect and works more for mild depression/anxiety but I like it over other natural mood boosters. Better for socialization.
