I made pecan tassies for the holidays. I always struggled with a mini muffin pan. It was so easy to get them out of this pan. They cooked evenly.And it's even easier to clean up.I will never go back to a metal pan again. Great product. Well made not flimsy.

I really like how easy this is to clean and maintain. Because it is a tad flimsy (silicone, after all), I place it on a small flat backing sheet and that issue is resolved. The finished goods are easy to remove and everything is uniform. Definitely worth getting! I will order one more so I can cook 24 at a time, though ;-)

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a more healthy option of muffin trays and this one is perfect. It’s really high quality and large too. It’s light weight so easy to work with.

Darn! I wish I had taken a picture of my muffins.I decided to try this out with my jalapeno/cheddar/butter muffins.Recipe: Jiffy Cornbread Mix, diced jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, and Kerrigold Salted Butter. Add all ingredients according to taste.I don't like spicy food so I don't add many Jalapenos.Oh, don't melt the butter. Let it sit out until soft and mix in with cornbread mix. I love cheese so I add in about a cup full of cheddar cheese. Maybe a little more.Okay, so back to the product.I wanted a mini muffin tin but I thought meh, try something new.I was not disappointed.This is so much easier to use.When your batter spills out there's no difficulty in cleaning it. No soaking, no staining, and no smell.I actually over-filled a few cups to make sure the batter spilled out just to test it to see how well the product worked. As I said, easy-peasy clean up. The cheese didn't stick to the product.We all know burned cheese on stainless steal is a nightmare.The muffins popped right out with a little push at the bottom.It was wonderful!Perfect muffins!I let them cool for a few minutes before I pushed them out.Ahhhhhh, finally a product that does what it says!Non-stick and easy to clean.I don't have a dishwasher so I can't say it's dishwasher safe.Sorry.Get this product and enjoy!

There are many things to love about this product - the silicone makes it super easy to remove your food (even without spraying the tin first) and makes for very easy cleanup. I actually threw away my other muffin tins after using this one because I couldn't stand scrubbing them over and over and them still having food stuck to them.The one downfall - and it's a pretty big one - it is extremely flimsy. The first time I used it, I almost lost the entire batch of muffins because, even with two hands, it folded this way and that as soon as it was in the air. If you aren't expecting it, you'll loose your batch. To fix this issue, I just put a small cookie sheet under it so I can hold onto that instead.

This is an amazing silicone cupcake tray. Is collapsible making it easy to store. Is so flexible and easy to clean. I'm looking forward to use it in my small toaster oven. These are perfect for my small egg casserole and muffins.
