If you are looking for cookies without palm oil these days you will find looking for them to be quite a chore. I was very pleased that these are made with regular vegetable oils instead of palm oil. The ingredients include: Enriched wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, milk, sodium bicarbonate, soy, ammonium bicarbonate, salt, wheat starch, honey, milk protein, casein, artificial flavoring and that is about it! These do contain wheat, gluten, soy, milk and may have traces of tree nuts including hazelnut and pistachios. May contain egg. These do not contain any preservatives, dyes, hydrogenated fats or artificial sweeteners. Only the best ingredients are used to make these. These are made in Italy so expect a few cookies to be broken in shipping. I opened my first bag and only a few were broken and still very edible. Plus you know how they say broken cookies don't have any calories. Wink, wink! 4 Cookies are the serving size and contain 140 calories with 5g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 110mg sodium and 20g carbohydrates. These are a source of a few vitamins too like Iron and Potassium. I love these cookies. They are so delicate that they didn’t make the shipping and were crumbles when I opened the packages. I had to return them.

I was a big nervous seeing the reviews from people who received bags of broken cookies but that issue appears to have been addressed. I haven't opened all the bags but the one I have has very minimal breakage. Perhaps if you order only a single bag there might be a problem but the three-packs come in a cardboard box. I ordered three three-packs (each one a different flavor), and the three boxes were packed together into a larger box that fit snugly. So far I've tasted the Gallettis. Nice shortbread! It's weird that it says "pack of 4 bag" in one place and three pack in another but I was not fooled - I knew it would be a three-pack, and it is. These cookies are no more expensive than Mrs. Tate's or Pepperidge Farms. If you enjoy a delicious cookie, treat yourself with these. ADD: I've now eaten enough of all three flavors to update my review. They're all delicious but the Pan di Stelle are my favorite. The chocolate flavor is wonderfully deep and not overly sweet. FURTHER ADD: My only issue with the Pan di Stelle is the powdery crumb that sticks to your fingers when you pick them up to stuff in yer mouf. You really do not want to spill these on any soft furnishings. The very fine crumb that sticks to your fingers also sticks to fabric. Don't try to brush it off, get out your hand vacuum to clean it up.

Very pleasant .I rub off the sprinkled sugar as they are good without it.. If true only 6g sugars for 4 cookies so that is good.Most cookies were broken.

I think this is my 4th purchase. I bake and am good at it! But these particular cookies just hit the spot! They are crunchy, and sort of melt in the mouth -- I love them! Yes, they do present a bit broken, but, so what, when we're going to break them once we bite anyway! The taste is outstandingly fresh and definitely delicious! Brilliantly buttery with just enough sugar sprinkle! Waiting for a 4-package set to be delivered and it will not be the last!!! If you have not tried them, you are missing out!

Cookies were great but they were broken into crumbs when I received them. Could not determine how many were in a bag.

Had these from Italy and they’re delicious. The ones I was delivered aren’t even close, sadly. And they arrived half broken. Wanted to use them for a party but won’t be.

So glad I came across this brand of Galletti cookies. Wonderful flavor; nice crispy! Low calorie; low sodium; not high in sugar content, yet just right sweet. A just right lift you up snack. I like them plain or with peanut butter or ice cream. I also keep on hand and give as a snack to my yard work crew. Definitely will purchase more.
