Bought these to use in lieu of the rubbery ones at the Y - which took longer to get on and off and adjust the rolling than to do the actual exercises, especially if you do circuits. These are sturdy and nicely finished, overall excellent quality. They eliminate the rolling and pinching of the rubber bands. Being fabric, they don't "feel" as elasticky as the rubber bands, but the resistance is still there. Comparing the fabric "strong" to the "strong" black rubber bands when doing clamshells, it is harder to open the fabric band than the rubber band. The "light" band is useful when stretching in lieu of a towel for stretches I can't quite reach without help, and I've been able to incorporate all three bands into various floor/standing exercises (leg lifts, squats, even arm stretches). If you feel the workout is too easy, hold the stretch for a few seconds to increase the resistance; you'd be surprised how that can add difficulty to an otherwise simple exercise. It not necessary to have access to a fancy weight machine to get a workout! Looking forward to working these into my exercise routine, especially on a day when I can't make it to the gym. Love that they are transportable enough to take on a trip, or even into the office. The storage pouch is nice, and also well made. Have not looked at the videos yet. Really appreciated the included card from the company founder to "Dear Sister" and thanking the buyer for their purchase. Although anyone is welcome to buy these, of course, in pastel colors or the more neutral set, it's a nice feeling of female fellowship to be addressed this way.

I have several sets of workout bands but needed a pair of wide bands so I purchased this set. The Light is more resistant than my other thin bands but I kind of expected that since they are wider. Not sure if I got a defective set as my Medium and Heavy are almost identical in resistance. I completed a workout set first with the Medium then did the same set with the Heavy and felt no difference. I decided to keep them since I have so many bands and I actually have an extremely Heavy wide band that I bought by itself so it isn't like I'm missing out on a Heavy band. All in all, I really like this set. The material does not slip. It's nice and wide and has great resistance. The quality of the bands are excellent. For the price, I think they are well worth the purchase.

These are great bands. I bought these in 2020 and have moved to the strongest band and I use it regularly. I decided this week that I should probably invest in some new bands because these must’ve stretched out even though I’m still getting a great workout with the black band. New bands arrived today (different company) and brand new out of the package they already have far less resistance than these which I’ve had for five years.

Seem to be of good quality and work as stated. Thick width so no pinching on legs.

Love these bands!! Super durable. Perfect for home, gym, or to bring with you on vacay. When I first received them, I was a bit of a workout snob and thought they weren’t strong enough, but oh sure, these things make those glutes burn like a mofo. I don’t use the grey (light resistance) band that often, but I will use it when I need a little more tension but still want a solid range of motion, like with squats. I use the pink (Med resistance) band the most. It’s great for bridges, side to side movements, and to add some tension when doing some heavier weight hip thrusts. The black band is brutal. Because it’s pretty stiff, it doesn’t all for full ROM, but it’s great for using with hip thrust, especially when you are concentrating on the eccentric phase. These bands are amazing. You can use them above or below the knee, or down by the ankle. Great addition to my workout gear.

Bought these in 2022 & still using them 2 years later. They are still as strong & well made as they were before. Bought two & still haven’t use or open the second pack lol. No slip & strongggggg!!!! I remember start off with the grey one which is the lightest than moved up to the pink color. Now Im using mostly the black one which is still tough & harder to stretch. I use it mostly all my workouts at the gym. Back extensions, kick backs, hipthrust, squats, RDLs you name it. I love lower body days & these helps alot due to PF not as equip on weights like the other known gyms. PF is closer to me in my neighborhood & these became my best friend!!!!

I don’t normally write reviews but thought I would with these bands as I was so pleased when they arrived (very quickly might I add). They are packaged so good that it was like opening a little present. They come in a lovely black padded mesh carry bag so you can take them to the gym. The quality of them is superior and the 3 different strengths are very distinguishable. Very happy with mine and well done to the seller on creating them, cracking little invention.

These bands provided a good amount of resistance .They do not roll up, curl or cause irritation on the skin. Washing them is quite easy too.
