Excellent product. Plugged in & put thermometer in, at 20 degrees, left for 2 hours, temp down to 8 degrees. With pre chilled items & frozen cool block, temp remained steady when in use in the car at 3 degrees.

Atrocious, first use and it ruined our food and milk as it operated in reverse. Warmed the box and vented the cold air.
