I bought this bag to fly from A to B, it seemed ideal to fill it with under 20kg of stuff and put it on a plane. I was walking to the bus station, only 5 minutes away, the very first time I was using it and there was a hole on the bottom of it! I had no choice but to continue my journey... it was also really hard and awkward to pull with my 5.5", maybe it's just not the right fit. Now I'm in Hungary and have no idea how to return it. I heard good things about their customer service so I'm hoping to get in touch and get a refund soon.
