Victorinox Swiss Classic Steak Knife, 4.3 inches, Black

Terrible knife if you let others see it. We have bought so many of them as gifts since the work so great. BE CAREFUL, they are sharp and cut fantastic. We now have a couple spares around in case we have company over they fall in love with it we can give them their own.

I bought one and liked it so much that I bought another one. Great little knife. Very sharp and easy to use.

I'm familiar with these knives, having received a set of 4 genuine ones from my wife a year or two ago, in Victorinox packaging, purchased in San Juan Island - definitely genuine. I was initially skeptical, but am a real convert. Incredibly sharp & generally invaluable around the kitchen, not just for steak (I used to prefer hyper-expensive German steak knives that needed weekly sharpening, but the Vicky knives seem immortal). These Amazon knives, though - hmmm. They come in cheap bubble wrap, and one had a small blood stain on it (super sharp, so not surprising if they’re repackaged). I can’t compare them right now to the originals, because those are at our other house over 1000 miles away, but these seems slightly "off". If they’re Chinese copies, though, they’re pretty good. Extremely sharp, like the original versions. The super chintzy packaging makes them seem sus, however. Don’t know how well their sharpness will hold up. Like everything on Amazon, where Chinese copies are rife & apparently encouraged by the management, buyer beware. With these caveats, recommended. At least these aren’t branded as DFSEEW, TYRRTER, JHGHJGR, UYTTURF, or UTRREGH like so many other knock-off products here. Just wish we could trust this site & the authenticity of the products sold here.

These have been my favorite go to knives for everything since I was a child! I recommend them to everyone I know. They’re the perfect weight, stay sharp for years, the perfect comfortable grip, they look sleek and they’re affordable! Best knife in my drawer!

Good little steak knife easy to use and Good value,should be supplied with blade guard.

This is VERY sharp knife. Don't know if it will last but for right now it is SHARP.

I use this knife for everyday use. Not only is it good for steaks-I use it for everything. The knife is a perfect fit for my hand. I only bought one, but I plan on buying a few more soon. Kudos!

Best knifes for daily use. But needs to be sharpened once in a while as expected so I use IKEA knives sharpener and it works great.
