Nice bar
Very nice bar. Takes a little getting used to after a straight barbell, but you can do e.g. squats and overhead presses with it as well. My injured wrist is already improving. Good stuff!

Solid bar
Can’t fault this, cheapest I found including delivery. Feels well upto the job for my home workouts. Lock outs are smooth (bit jingly) but do their job great. Didn’t check how much weight it can take but it’s a solid bar so I’d imagine a lot. Great quality product.

Great bar just grip is not really good if your sweating it can slip out your hands

Solid bar for squatting or biceps curls with clips
Solid bar well made. I use for squatting and bicep curls with metal weights. Comes with the spin clips but I found they do become loose but I have spare set of spin clips so I just added another one problem solved. Would recommend
