I was skeptical at first, as I have had some bad experiences with pre packaged broths/sauces. This was very flavorful and not overly salty or spicy. Makes a really good hot pot sauce, also just perfect for ramen bowls. I was fond of how convenient it is to use and modify to suit your taste. You can easily make additions to enhance whatever flavors you want or change it up a bit. Will be ordering more in the other flavors to see which one I like the best

I’ve used this brand for hot pot since living in China. It’s the real thing and tastes great in every flavor. I sometimes had just a touch of heat to it, even though my friends in Guangzhou wouldn’t approve.
