A small thing that’s made a big difference
I picked up the TheraICE Migraine Relief Cap on a whim after dealing with frequent tension headaches, and I’m so glad I did. Straight out of the freezer, it’s cold but not painfully stiff. The gel stays flexible so it actually hugs your head instead of just sitting there, and the gentle compression feels incredibly soothing when your head is pounding. I also love that it covers your eyes — the cool + dark combo is perfect when you just need everything to stop for a bit. I’ve used it for headaches, stress-related tension, long screen days, and even sinus pressure, and it’s helped every time. It doesn’t leak, isn’t messy, and it’s easy to toss back into the freezer when I’m done. It’s also really comfortable. The inside is soft, it doesn’t feel too tight, and I can even wear it while lying down without it sliding around. If you deal with migraines or headaches (or just need a calming reset after a long day), this is one of those simple products that’s genuinely worth having around.

Good option for migraine relief
I got this for my wife who unfortunately frequently gets migraines. This is a big improvement over the ice pack wrapped in a towel. It is very well made and comfortable and soothing to wear. However, it is very cold when it comes out of the freezer and we find it needs to warm up for a couple minutes before putting it on. That said, it stays cold for a while which is appreciated. It is also very nice how it fits over the eyes and ears and cools the back of the neck.

Life saver
I honestly didn’t expect something this simple to make such a big difference. The TheraICE Migraine Cap has been a lifesaver during migraines and tension headaches. The cold therapy is incredibly soothing without being painfully cold, and the gentle compression helps ease pressure almost immediately. I love that it covers my eyes and temples completely, making it perfect for lying down in a dark room. It stays flexible even when frozen and fits comfortably without feeling tight. It’s easy to use, mess-free, and much more convenient than juggling ice packs and towels. If you deal with migraines or frequent headaches, this is absolutely worth trying. It’s become one of my go-to remedies, and I recommend it without hesitation.

TheraICE Migraine Relief Cap - Works, But Has Its Limits
This cap is a true lifesaver when a headache hits, and the cold-compression feeling is incredibly soothing. It's so much more effective and comfortable than juggling ice packs on your head. When it first comes out of the freezer, it's VERY cold, which can be a little overpowering. The gel packs conform nicely to your head and provide a good amount of pressure. The cap is comfortable and the material is soft, so it doesn't add any extra irritation. It's great that I can just slip it on and relax without having to hold anything in place. The fit is snug but not too tight, and the dark color helps block out light, which is a huge plus during a migraine attack. My one major critique, and the reason for the 4-star review, is that it warms up much faster than I would like. You don't get a lot of cooling time out of it before it starts to lose its effectiveness. For a short, sharp headache it's perfect, but for a longer, more stubborn migraine, I find myself having to put it back in the freezer after only about 15-20 minutes. If the cooling effect lasted longer, it would be a perfect 5-star product. Overall, it's a very useful tool for migraine sufferers, and it's something I reach for constantly. Just be prepared to have a second one on standby, or be near your freezer for a quick recharge.

Constant Migraines begone!
This migraine cap has been a lifesaver for me. I get tension headaches and occasional migraines, and I wish I would’ve found this sooner. The whole cap is filled with gel, so the cold compress wraps evenly around your head and eyes instead of feeling like a hard ice pack pressed against one spot. It creates this soothing, gentle pressure that helps relax everything. I keep mine in the freezer and it stays cold for a surprisingly long time. The material is soft, stretchy, and comfortable — no weird plastic smell, no stiffness, and it’s easy to pull on and off even when you’re not feeling well. I love that it blocks out light too, because that makes such a difference during migraines. It’s also great for stress relief or after a long day working on screens. Sometimes I use it just to wind down, and it instantly cools and calms my face. The pink color is cute and the overall quality feels really durable. If you struggle with headaches, migraines, sinus pressure, or just need a soothing cold compress you can wear hands-free, this is 100% worth getting. Genuinely one of the best self-care purchases I’ve made.

Read the listing carefully! (washing instructions, freezing instructions)
I wanted to write a review to spare the next buyer from ruining their migraine hat like I did. The hat has a smooth sleek fabric texture, a comfortable gel filling, and a slight snugness around the head when worn (that I found really enjoyable). It blocked out light well. When stored in the freezer and then placed on the head it was extremely cold. Even at room temperature it always feels a little cool to the touch, which I enjoyed. I slept like a baby with it on. Two important things: 1. If you're going to put it in a fridge or freezer make sure it is in a sealed bag. 2. It cannot be washed (other than spot treatment). The manufacturer does disclose this information, so I did not deduct rating points for this. I made the mistake of putting my hat in the freezer without a bag and even though my freezer is fairly clean every odor in the freezer leeched into the hat. It stinks. I tried to wear it anyways and the weird stale freezer smell then got onto my sheets as I napped on them. It was at this time I realized the hat is advertised as only being wipe-clean. You are not supposed to submerge it. I wiped it and the smell remained, so I then decided to risk hand-washing it in a wash basin. The hat seemed to be in good condition afterwards, but the smell remained. At this point I decided that the smell was too unbearable and distracting so I had nothing to lose by putting it in the washing machine (with cold water). The washing machine made the fabric lose it's tightness and made the gel filling become lumpy. And if that's not enough, I can still somehow smell the faintest note of the freezer. I'm not sure that it'll be usable in its current condition, but I will try. I liked the product in theory. It was very comfortable and it did help with headaches. For my own preferences though I would have preferred a product that was more durable and washable, especially something that's being placed against your skin that might collect oils, makeup remnants, and other dirt over time that you'd want to wash off.

Recommend for sure.
This mask is AMAZING. IT's so soft and doesn't irritate the skin at all. I usually loathe the cold, but this was just easy enough not trigger my sensory issues. And it soothed the migraine well- after a nap with this thing on, migraine gone. There are no straps or velcro, so you don't have to worry about any irritation with that either. The sizing was great. I have two, because when I had mini braids due to a surgery, this actually fit around them just as well. It's super sturdy, though I wouldn't overstretch it... hence why I have two. It worked so well that my aunt ended up buying one for herself.

Retains cold almost TOO well
Great quality and retains cold very well. I bought this for both migraines and to reduce fever. The only "con" is that it might retain cold TOO well. I think I just need to figure out my comfort level though, because I took it straight out of the freezer and tried to put it on and it was too cold to bear. But I guess that's a better problem to have than the opposite.
