These sleeves are perfect fit for 16mm diameter x 67 mm height ( inclusive 17mm cap height ) tubes, and they shrink beautifully. They start above the twist base line though, so if you are looking for something that locks the twisting base in place after shrinking, this is not for you. Also, they look ridiculous on tubes that are of 15mm diameter as the perforated line sits too low.

These are great but I find the tear edge doesn’t come off smoothly all the time. Sometimes it tears the plastic off of the entire tube and not just the top.

These Shrink Wrap tubes work great. They were easy to use. I was my first time using them, but it was easy.

Loved how easy it was to seal my chapstick with these shrink wraps. They smelled bad though, like a skunk sprayed them but maybe it was the vehicle that delivered them. Either way, even though they had a smell to them, the wraps fit my tubes perfectly. Would still recommend.
