This is a great product, delivered ahead of time and does exactly as described. My only gripe is that removing and inserting the individual weights (little sand bags) is quite fiddly and awkward.

Purchased for my partner and she loves them, wears lighter weights initially when doing the household chores and extra weights for when exercising. Comfortable to wear and easy to adjust/take off.

Heavy, works, adjustable.

Not suitable as wrist weights. Item description specifically says ankle and wrist, great for ankles, rubbish for wrists. Instruction booklet also only shows as ankle weights. I will be sending back as wanted specifically for wrists. Overall seems a good product... for ankles!

I like that the weight can be adjusted, BUT it can be difficult to swap weights in and out. Condition wise, It arrived in perfect condition and a year later is still in perfect condition.

I use these on a daily basis, they care comfortable to wear and don't rub. They adjust to fit and are a good, equal weight. They are easy to put on and remove and I love the colour.
