You can, but not very easily. It’s not specifically for it like the rockblade. It just mimics the shape.

The smaller handheld one without the hole in the center would be best for the knee area, it would be easier to hold. The bigger one is meant for the back, or bigger areas, and is best used with one person using it on another, not self use.
