Frigidaire 18FFDHMH01 Dehumidifier Drain Hose, 12 Foot, Black

Expensive but works perfectly with Frigidaire dehumidifiers. Tried cheaper brands and they all leak a bit. This was easy to put on and zero leaks. And the hose length is great as it gives you more leverage to keep your dehumidifier where you want and not right next to drain.

This is the one. Fits gravity outlet for Ivation 4,500 Sq. Ft Energy Star Dehumidifier. Should fit any Ivation dehumidifier, as connection is universal.Pros:*Nothing frustrating, which was greatly appreciated after other frustration related to the dehumidifier.*Hook up was perfect with no leaks. Yay!*Hose is very flexible with virtually no loop memory, which was easily straightened out*Seems to be quality material for something used inside the house*That a good 12 feet long hose is available for people who need to place dehumidifier farther away from a gravity drain. My sump pump is covered and sealed due to radon remediation.Cons:A bit pricey for 12' of hose, but I haven't bought any hoses for years, so may be out of the inflation loop.

Just a tip: the drain hose needs to be lower than the dehumidifier and have a place to drain. I put mine on a cabinet and the hose drains into the guest bathroom sink. Otherwise, skip the hose and empty the water directly from the dehumidifier. If you have an issue with lifting weight, I would recommend using the draining hose.

As advertised this product works effectively at draining the dehumidifier. Impressed with the brass fitting and durable washer that makes for easy off and on when flushing and cleaning the drain hose. 👍

Dehumidifier drain. Must be very tight for it not to leak.

Purchased this hose to drain my new Frigidaire dehumidifier. Hose was easy to install, very heavy duty, no leaks and fit perfectly. I now own three Frigidaire appliances and planning to replace all my appliances with Frigidaire.

Wow. I know? What could be so special. Well I was limited in the 12' ones available so I picked this one. This is heavy duty rubber. Very easy to form around into sink. No memory in the hose at all. The cheaper ones are very difficult for my application. There plastic and the coil memory is always there. Im above happy with this purchase.

I needed a way to eliminate manually emptying my Vremi 35 pint dehumidifier multiple times a day after flooding from Ida. This was perfect since I have a bathroom in the basement; went right into the shower to drain on its own. Also it doesn’t leak from the piece attached to the dehumidifier, some say it did but it didn’t for me.

works well good quality!!!

No concerns, fits my Midea smart dehumidifier perfectly

My son hooked up my new dehumidifier with this hose so that all the water goes down my basement drain. I have checked it a few times but basically I never have to do anything with my dehumidifier and this hose.

No issues

Got this hose mainly so i can use it to flush the hot water tank but will be useful for the dehumidifier too
