Yes but you must register for instant ink within 7 days of start up to avail of the free ink offer. Sign up with HP Instant Ink to avail of the 4 months free ink. Use code 1jvhcv to get an extra month free and then the promotional code FREEINK next to get a total of 6 months free. This is a subscription service but you can cancel at any time. At that stage, inks can be purchased as you need them. Even your local supermarket stocks them and you can purchase black singly if that is all you need.

Q: Does this printer has cartridges already or we have to buy them too?

Yes it has 2 cartridges in box. The 2 cartridges are in the box The 6 months free is automatic as long as you activate with in 7 days.
