I tried this mat at a friend’s house and within 30mins was on Amazon buying my own. Since then, a few of my friends have tried mine and they did the same thing— went to Amazon to buy theirs while on it for the first time. It’s like taking a bath without having to be wet; so soothing and comforting! My cousin and I joke that “the mat heals all” — any thing from a bad mood, sadness, stiff back, leg cramps… anything! It’s so comforting and I so recommend.

This crystal mat is really nice. It is thick, heavy, and each chamber is filled to the max with crystals. Despite this, I found it comfortable to lay on. It takes about 15-20 minutes to heat up. It is winter now and about 35 degrees outside. When I laid on this mat it was nice and toasty. It left me feeling energized like I had been outside sunbathing. It does smooth tense muscles. My husband said it helped him to loosen tight muscles and eased his bone and joint pain.

My Phymat quit warming after 13 months, one month out of warranty. After a couple of emails, they were nice enough to replace it! So very grateful.

I bought this mat less than two years ago. It was on my sons bed and recently burned a hole in his mattress and burned him. THIS IS A HAZARD. I have contact the company, and have not heard back. amazon seemed unfazed by this. Beware! I'm going to be getting a solex mat, but this is extremely scary.

I bought this mat and absolutely loved it! The quality of the mat itself seem to be very nice. At first it worked awesome! I used it about 1-3 times a week. At about the 9 month Mark of owning the mat the controller stopped working correctly. I emailed the company to let them know and ask if it can be repaired. I got no response. This mat is not cheap and for the amount of money that you pay you would hope that it would work for more than 9 months. Sadly I cannot recommend this mat to anyone, be warned that the controller has issues. It's sad when a company won't even answer an email in regards to the product not working. You would think there would be a warranty considering it's less than a year old. UPDATE 11/2021: Company reached out to me after I left my review. They did send me a new mat with a new controller within 4 days. I have tried the new mat twice and it seems to be working correctly. I hope to not have any issues with this controller. This mat itself it very nicely made. I appreciate this company taking the time to reach out to me, they said there was a technical issue and they did not receive my email in regards to my initial issue with the controller. They have tried to make me a happy customer. I would recommend this mat. Nice customer service. I am changing my 1 star to a 5. UPDATE: 2nd Mat which was my replacement mat, because the first controller stopped working. Well this controller doesn't work right either. Within less than a year the controller just scans, it doesn't show the temperature it gets too. The mat still heats up fortunately, but I wouldn't recommend this mat.

This was the best leap of faith purchase! I have the mat set on top of a massage table on the floor behind our couch. I have injuries from 2 separate car wrecks in the past so will have occasional back and hip pain. I also have a dog with IVDD who will come lay on it with me. It’s firm but so relaxing.. if I don’t have a lot of time I’ll turn it up to the highest setting which gets hot but not the kind that’s unbearable like how traditional heating pads get. My dog has been getting up early(2-3 am) daily due to his seizure meds so our routine is to lay on the mat and go back to sleep..my body just melts on it. My dad has back injuries and rheumatoid arthritis. I let him borrow and it helped with his pain. I had researched the biomat for years but did not want to spend the $$.. glad I found this option!

I love this mat so much! I struggle with hip and lower back pain and I have noticed relief from using the mat. I also have issues falling asleep at night. I spend .5 to 1 hour reading on it before going to bed. I can’t believe the sleep I have been getting! Not only do I fall asleep faster but I’m not waking up several times a night and I feel calm and relaxed when I wake up in the morning. I bought one as a gift for my mom and she loves hers just as much as I love mine.

Love love use it every day, it is beautiful. But you shouldn’t expect to use it long period of time no sleeping over night, didn’t designed for that, I believe this is for or healing, I use maximum 90 minutes when I meditate or doing something special healing channeling. Not comfortable longer time. It is beautiful and well made.
