My husband really likes this water, but he ordered 2 cases and only got 1. It's been almost a month (we're in the Pacific Northwest USA). It been a pain waiting for enough time to go by before we could contact the seller. I finally was able to today. I hope they refund us. It was expensive!

Few bottles are missing and opened already
l received water bottles, but few bottles are missing. l bought 2 sets, so should be 40, but l only have 32bottles... Also, 5 bottles are already opened when they got here...
