Will Glock 42 fit this case?

Mine wouldn't fit. Trigger guard too large to go all the way into elastic band. Only thing this case is good for is a Ruger LCP.

can the case be lock by the two zippers to prevent prying eyes?

Yes. There are holes in the zipper closers large enough to put a lock. BUT if you'regoing to use this for conceiled pistol for protection, you could be shot several times while unlocking and unzipping.
