These grips really improve your golf game.
I had a golf shop regrip my driver and found it made a big difference in the fee!l. It was an expensive grip but worth it. I decided to regrip the rest of my clubs but it was going to be a sizable investment using the golf shop. I found these Champkey grips that included all the items to DIY it. As a senior golfer I got the medium size grips. The removal and install was easy. I watched a couple videos on YouTube first. Wow what a difference these made. Thinking back should have gone with the jumbo size but still very happy with the new feel. The Champ key grips are well made and look great on my old Callaway clubs. Did all my irons and 3 and 5 woods. Improved my game and restored my confidence in my swing.

Great grips
Great set of grips especially for the price. There was some doubt about the tape that's included , however it was precut and adhered very well. I'd recommend the kit bundle or go get some solvent. Makes the install alot easier. They dry quickly after install, just remember to stand club up on handle to drain. I used these grips on my taylormades and they fit and feel fine, I've played a few rounds, no issues.

Good value and grips.
I bought these grips for some older clubs I put together for my son. They installed easy and for the money, they're great, but they seem to wear a little faster than my previous grips. Since my son doesn't golf as much as I do, they work great. Overall, nice grips that work pretty good.

Great grips for the money
Iโm not a great golfer, I play occasionally, certainly not competitive. I canโt compare these to the more expensive options but I can say these are definitely worth the price and seem like theyโre very good quality. Iโve never tried regripping clubs before but wanted to give it a try. After some trial and error, I got pretty good at it. First let me say that it helps if the grips youโre replacing are in decent shape. They will probably come off much easier. I replaced 2 separate sets. The first were probably 20 years old and the grips were dry rotted and cracked as they were being removed. They were very difficult but I used a razor blade and basically cut chunks out at a time. They werenโt graphite shafts and were metal so I didnโt really have to worry about damaging them. You shouldnโt do that method with graphite shafts because youโll probably break them. After removing the old grips, take the old tape off (I was reading that some people donโt bother and just put the new grips tape over the old stiff, may or may not work) place the new grips tape on, and donโt be stingy on the grip solvent. Thatโs the key. I used an old paint can and placed it under the club to catch it as it dripped, and Iโd use a Tupperware container to pour it back over the club after transferring the solvent that dropped off the club from the paint roller tray under it. Then use a funnel and pour the grip solvent into your new grips and let it drain out, slide it over your club and position the grip how you want it, and wipe off the remaining solvent. Itโs a little messy, but take your time and make sure you buy the complete kit that has the solvent, vice grip club holder, and blade if you donโt already have it. Very happy customer.

Good grips, impressive and economical kit
Ordered the midsize grip kit to replace aging Tour Velvet midsize on my wedges. They are slightly larger but quite tacky and fit my AP-2 PW and AW shafts well also Calloway Mac Daddy. The included solvent is in a drip bottle, not spray bottle, provides good slip on installation but for removing old grip tape residue after scraping mineral spirits and a piece of steel wool is the way to go. (Hint: use an old paint tray to catch drippings and reuse for cleaning the shafts). The included lock blade knife with hook blade is quality and a nice bonus. Grip tape backing has a center split and does make it easier to install, some tearing can still occur, ease the backing off carefully. Worth a try, definitely saved some money, time will tell about durability but so far impressed. EDIT: Purchased another set of these Traction-X grips to regrip some new clubs and replace old Tour Velvet grips. The photo of three grips shows one old Champkey grip purchased Feb. 2020 on the left (approach wedge) and two new grips on the right. More than two years later ( 100+ rounds) and the grip surface is barely worn. The only wear barely visible is the blue line at the top of the grip that has rubbed off probably from putting the club into the golf bag. I'm very happy with these grips. Also the installation tape that comes with the grips has a a blue plastic film that is easy to remove and makes placement of the tape quick and easy.

Solid value, slight caution for perfectionists
I think Champkey makes pretty good value products for golfers. Iโve purchased 3 grip sets from them and some other accessories and have been pleased. Installed these grips this morning and is a big improvement for my sons hand me down set. However I did notice they are not sealed up very well at the base of the grip. Ther grip is solid but it is not sealed tight at the clubhead end of the grip. My set was standard sized grips on standard sized menโs irons. They will be just fine for my beginner son but wanted to share in case a customer is more picky.

Nice little kit
This was the first time replacing grips and this kit made it very straight forward. Just follow the easy instructions and "voila", job done in no time.

Great value for money
Really good grips, long lasting, easy to fit (use plenty of solvent!), and at a fraction of the price of "brand" names.

Great grips
Easy to install - great grips - nice and tacky. Did 12 clubs in 1 hour. Saved lots of money va going to a golf shop and having replaced. Will always change my grips myself going forward. Only advise is be very careful with graphite shafts.

Excellent product!
Excellent product! Easy to install. One small suggestion here: put enough solvent to lubricate the tape and inside the grip before assembling the grip and the shaft.
