Never had any problems with them. As they are fat soluble vitamins, it should be taken with a meal. taking them on an empty stomach will cause GI complaints and burping of course, as any concentrated multi-vitamin will. Also, I Take 1 capsule a day, sometimes twice a day. not the 6 capsule serving. that's a ridiculous amount of some vitamin levels and cost. if you eat relatively healthy, you wouldn't need 6 anyway. I read all the low reviews and I disagree with most. Mine have never smelled funny, they contain B vitamins, so pee will be Gatorade yellow that's science.
