MasterPieces 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle for Adults, Family, Or Youth - A Sunday On La Grande Jatte - 19.25"x26.75"

Great thickness of cardboard with good printing/color on the well-glued facing. Sharp and clean cuts of pieces. I was excited to do this puzzle because this is my favorite painting ever, but thank you Seurat, pointillism is insanely hard to do as a puzzle. There is a repeat of color patterns frequently throughout the painting and with small pieces and lots of dots, it is very difficult to discern the generally 'geography' of pieces (no little 'hints' in the images). There are also many irregularly cut pieces which amps up the challenge. I've only been able to place 2-4 pieces for every 20-30 min I put in and I'm still struggling with the edges (I have some small middle sections done)! This is definitely not a family puzzle that gets knocked out over one evening. I've been working on it for over a month and I'm still not done, although in recent days, have been losing my enthusiasm for the challenge. I'm leaving it out because I'm not a quitter! But if I'm still not done by the holidays (it's now August), it's going to have to get packed up.

This was one of the more difficult puzzles that I have done due to the pointillism style the painting was done in. When people complain about the not clear image…that’s the style of the painting! This is actually my favorite painting and I was going to get a print of it to hang it the house but now I’m going to glue the puzzle and hang it!

Poor quality. Print isn't very sharp. The "linen" texture makes it harder to see the colors. No letters on the back, just unfinished paper, which peels easily. The pieces don't click into place and often have a gap that can make you think they don't fit. I can't say if any pieces are missing, but after doing a quarter of it, I still haven't found all the edge pieces. It's a challenging puzzle because of the art, but the poor quality make it harder and less fun. I will not buy this brand again.

This puzzle is pretty challenging and when I was just about done, I noticed a piece was missing. I contacted the email on the box and received a replacement puzzle pretty quickly, awesome customer service. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would buy this brand again.

I buy many jigsaw puzzles, mostly 1,000 piece ones. This is the first time that I buy a puzzle from this company. I love the linen texture of the surface and the wide variety of piece shapes. I would have given five stars but am very disappointed that there was a missing piece. I'm 72 years old and live alone, so I use my dining room table to make my puzzles. There is zero competition with any clutter. I pulled all my chairs out of the way after I completed this puzzle and got on my knees to hand feel the rug to see if a piece had falling, but there was nothing. This was a very challenging puzzle with all the figures and it's really beautiful but having a missing piece spoils it. This company offers puzzles of other works of art but I'm not sure I want to risk buying another one that may be incomplete.

It is hard and slow. It is well made, well cut. It gas a picture poster thank goodness. If you like a challenge, get this. If you like something quick and easy, get something else.

The Gallery puzzles are always quite difficult due to random cut of pieces which make them awesome. I love this picture. Great quality pieces with very little or no dust.

Welp, this here puzzle will be the best thing you ever accomplished in a challenging puzzle or the bane of your existence. I gotta tell ya for me there was moments when I wanted to set fire to it and bury the ashes 50 feet deep. I mean come on, this puzzle is diabolical. I only gave up once and was gonna just put the pieces back in the box and send its merry donkey to another planet. But I digressed and saw it through and am glad I did. It is a beautiful puzzle and well worth the effort and time put into it. All the pieces were there and the colours are nice. It is now framed and hanging on my wall as a reminder to never give up but keep going forward. Funny how a puzzle can teach you perseverance. 🤔🥳
